ONLY 10K PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A RACE-KIT AND T-SHIRT.
Pick up your race shirt, bib number, reusable race-kit bag & goodies, AND REGISTER FOR THE 10k and kids' events at New Balance Oakville:
- Friday, April 23, 2010: 12-8pm
- Saturday, April 24, 2010: 10am-4pm (if you miss 4pm, get your kit on race day)
- Sunday, April 25, 2010 (Race day for out-of-towners only): 6:45 am–7:45 am in the Appleby College Arena
New Balance Oakville is located at the Upper Oakville Shopping Centre (1011 Upper Middle Road, Oakville, Ontario) at Upper Middle Road and 8th Line (Map).

Why pick up before the race? One less thing to line up for on race day, guaranteed shirt size, great products to check out in the New Balance store and FREE SOCKS courtesy of New Balance Oakville! Talk to staff and fellow runners to allay those pre-race fears. Pick up new shoes and technical running apparel (you know you want to...).
When picking up your race-kit you will be picking up the following: your bib number (and safety pins), your re-usable race-kit bag with goodies, and your technical t-shirt. Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to pick-up your race-kit from registration during the hours listed above (no exceptions will be made). If you pick up your race kit on Friday or Saturday at New Balance Oakville, you will also receive New Balance socks in your kit.
When to pick-up your ChampionChip: RACE DAY ONLY! Be sure to show up early as all participants must pick up their chip on race morning. Chip pick-up will be located in the arena and open from 6:45 am -7:45 am.
Race-kit pick-up on behalf of others will be allowed, but you must have the following information: (1) a copy of their race confirmation OR (2) a note from them stating their full name (Last, first) under which they registered, the event they are registered for (10k run, 10k power walk, 1k Junior Jog), city, age, and gender. We must ensure the correct bibs are handed out to participants, so in order to avoid error and ensure the process is seamless we need your help. Free New Balance socks will be put in the kit of the registered runner picking up their own kit, not into the kits of others.
